Can I order the doors if the walls and floor are not yet finished?
Yes, you can already order the door, even if the walls and floors are not yet finished. Doors for a standard frame (colloquially "door frame" or "door lining") can be ordered from our shop in standard sizes, so that installation is possible without any problems later on.
Are the doors equipped with a door frame?
Our loft doors are not equipped with a door frame. However, they are pre-equipped for standard wooden frames (for rebated doors), so they can be easily installed in common door frames.
How do I determine the dimensions of my door?
There are two ways to determine the dimensions of your door: 1. Measure the width and height of your current door (e.g. 860 x 1985 mm). 2. Print out the measurement aid and measure the frame rebate dimensions to ensure that the door fits correctly.
How is the shipping of the loft doors carried out?
The shipment of your loft doors is insured and carried out by a freight company.
The delivery date will be coordinated with you in advance by phone to ensure a smooth delivery.
Is assembly material included?
Yes, assembly materials are included. You will receive a 5mm Allen key for the band/hinge mounting in the frame. The packaging also serves as a practical assembly aid to ensure the correct distance of the door from the floor.
