Successful premiere with exciting trade fair days

Among renowned manufacturers and brands such as COR, Schönbuch and Kettnaker, Metallbude has also joined the hustle and bustle of the most important furniture fair in the world's most important furniture market for the first time this year: imm cologne. After the trade fair appearances in 2021 at the Blickfang design fair in Stuttgart and in 2022 at the M.O.W. in Bad Salzuflen, participating in Germany's largest furniture event was a major milestone for our still young company. Because our presence in Cologne also meant that we could present ourselves and our products to an even larger, even more international professional audience.

Our exhibition stand? A real eye-catcher par excellence!

How do you stand out among the multitude of exhibition stands and how do you best present your own products? These were the questions that occupied us most in the planning of our stand. The result: A large, brightly designed and well-lit stand - spatially defined by two high walls, which consisted of asymmetrically stacked cubes, in which the individual products were presented on both sides. In addition, the interior offered ample space not only to engage in conversation with visitors, but also to present our latest collections: our first Outdoor Collection as well as the design-sophisticated tables AVA, LOVA and DONNA. Our elaborate trade fair concept paid off, and we stood out significantly and positively in our environment. This resulted in a steady and continuous flow of visitors, which provided us as a team with intense, but above all, exciting trade fair days.

Our trade fair appearance? A complete success!

The general mood at imm cologne 2023 was rather depressed - it was the delayed Spring Edition for the first time after Corona and then almost parallel to 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen. Bad conditions for the industry and its trends and innovations. Since it was our first participation at imm cologne and we had no direct comparison, our experiences during the fair days and our summary after the event were largely positive. Because apart from the classic sales activities, we got to know an incredible number of interesting people (Hi, Joa Herrenknecht!) and made new contacts.(The highlight for our bosses was certainly the random encounter with Jack Nasher...) And the best feeling at the end of the day was knowing how many more people now Metallbude know us and how many words of praise were left for our products and work. This inspires and makes us look forward to more trade fairs!
