** GOOD NEWS: Extended Return Policy
Order now and decide later. For all orders placed between November 18 and December 31, 2024 in our online shop, the extended return policy applies until January 31, 2025.**
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of the contract conclusion. Special sizes are generally excluded from return.
If the 14-day warranty has not yet been exceeded, you can return the product without giving any reason undamaged in the original packaging to us. To receive the return label, log in with your access data in your customer account and request the return for the desired product there.
For items that were shipped with DHL or GLS, we retain a return cost of 5,- Euro from your refund, which corresponds to the shipping costs you paid when placing your order. Shipping costs For freight items, the return costs must be calculated individually.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke the contract, we have to repay you all payments we have received from you - excluding shipping costs - immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your contract revocation.For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
